Every appliance has a sticker or metal plate with the model and serial number. On a refrigerator, check the inside walls and ceiling or under the crisper drawers. On a washer or dryer, look around the door opening or under the lid. On a dishwasher, it’s on the edge of the door or the tub.
The model number tells us exactly what you have before anyone comes out.

Dryer vent cleaning

How does pricing work?
There’s one flat diagnostic fee to find the fault. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee is credited to it. The repair price comes in writing before any work starts. The pricing page has the details.
How soon can you come?
Call or text and we’ll give you the earliest time we have.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every repair comes with a written warranty. The terms are on your paperwork and on our warranty page.
Do you work on built-in refrigerators?
Yes. We repair built-in and column refrigerators, including Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, Miele and Monogram.
Can I call at night or on a weekend?
Yes. Calls and messages are answered 24/7, and we’ll book the first visit we can.
Do you work for businesses?
Yes, on plug-in equipment: the drink cooler by the register, the ice maker, the break-room refrigerator. For anything larger, call and ask first.
